Our products are delivered according to the region of location of delivery address, on average:
South and Southeast 2 to 7 days the Midwest, and Northeast 5 to 10 days

EXCHANGE
You can exchange goods provided they are at odds with the specifications in the application or has defect quality. Within the past 7 calendar days after delivery, we will exchange the item purchased.
RETURN
The customer has 7 (seven) days of receipt of product to give the orders placed the Planet of the Book (Cerino and Araújo Ltda ME). The request must be made through our Call Center, described below. The product must be returned in original packaging and in perfect condition.
Lighten Do not send the product before communicating by e-mail vendas@planetadolivro.com.br reason for the return. Wait for our confirmation (within 24 hours) for its return.
If there is evidence of misuse of the product, or if the goods do not return in their original packaging, the request for exchange or refund will not be accepted.

If the return is in line, the customer may have 2 options for reimbursement: 1. Exchange for product of equal value or 2. Full refund (deposit in bank account) the value of the product. 3. The value of freight, will not be refunded.
Important: any return or exchange must be reported and approved in advance by e-mail above. We do not accept returns without specific reasons.
